When you send a reservation inquiry we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number (if provided), requested dates, number of guests and your message. The site uses no tracking cookies and no visitor analytics.
Why we collect it
The data is used solely to answer your inquiry and arrange the stay. It is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties beyond the technical providers required to run the site (page hosting, inquiry storage and e-mail delivery).
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept while the reservation is being arranged and for a reasonable period after the stay, then deleted.
Abuse protection
The form is protected against automated submissions (Cloudflare Turnstile), which works without tracking cookies.
